How long does it take to receive my order when sending check or money order?

A check will take approximately 10 to 14 days.

- You can mail a check or money order, denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn
on a U.S. bank, with your catalog order, if you do not want to use or do not
have a credit card.
- Purchase orders are accepted at 407-877-0408 with approved credit.
- C.O.D. orders are not offered.
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back order do occur; these items will be shipped as we receive them. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Truck Freight: 2-7 business days
If I have an item shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?
No. Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery. Arrange to have unloading help on hand.
How will my shipping costs be determined?
Due to size, weight and hazardous-materials charges some items may be required to be shipped by truck freight. All orders will receive a confirmation e-mail with the exact shipping costs and how the products will be shipped. New Life Technology has arranged discounted shipping costs which will be passed on to our customers. You will only be charged the exact amount of your shipping charges. What are the warranties on merchandise?
New Life Technology warrants their products against manufacturing defects provided that said materials are applied in strict accordance with New Life Technology's printed instructions over an approved, dry, sound, clean surface, and are used under conditions of ordinary wear. If materials are found to be defective and are due to manufacturing defects by New Life Technology, we will either provide a refund of material or replacement of New Life Technology product. This warrant does not include any labor cost. Suitability of New Life Technology products for a particular use or surface is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Failure of the substrate does not constitute failure of this product. Purchaser is responsible for first testing a small area for compatibility with surface and personal acceptance.
